Преимущества iDWELD2500 обеспечивает автоматическую сварку методом MIG/MAG отверстий минимальным диаметром 30 мм, максимальной длины (глубины) 170 мм, за один проход. Кроме того, он идеально подходит для наплавки внутренних цилиндрических поверхностей. Можно применять сплошную проволоку диаметром 0,8-1,0 мм и порошковую проволоку диаметром 1,2 мм. iDWELD2500 вместе с оснасткой помещается в чемодане, который обеспечивает быструю транспортировку в разные места. Небольшой вес, простое обслуживание и подвижное позиционирование обеспечивает сварку и наплавку на месте, без длительного демонтажа восстанавливаемых элементов.

Description Plasma Welding and Plasma Transferred Arc Surfacing offer a multitude of advantages compared with current welding processes. The newly introduced EUTRONIC GAP 3000 AC/DC system is based on the latest inverter technology and with its built-in programmable controller meets increasing market requirements for quality assurance of the end product.
The system stands out because of its extremely high level of operating comfort made possible by its ability to store all the essential welding parameters in welding routines. The use of electronic flow-meters for the welding gases ensures reproducibility of the quality. The power source can easily be adapted to a robot control by its built-in interface. These characteristics combined with a new development of the plasma torch and the powder feeder provide a highly efficient system with high deposition rate and low dilution.
